Research, identify and recommend technology capabilities that enable the reduction of client inquiries and manual touch points
Research current treasury and client operational trends and suggest solutions
Work in partnership with vendors, technology, and client operations teams to prototype innovative solutions
Propose and implement solutions that will increase operating efficiency and lead to an improved client experience
Assist efforts to help drive high rates of client adoption
Ensure requirements are clearly stated and that business and client needs are met throughout development
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

The Operations Analyst position is a sensitive position because this position deals with Client Information, is under regulatory laws (CVM and B3) and Sanction/AML Policies. This position is responsible for: receiving physical and electronic client information for On-boarding purposes; analyzing Client´s documentation; perform pre-match activities for settlement purposes; be familiar with Sinacor;
Good experience with Back-office´s brokerage house activities such as: settle and/or On-boarding.
Good knowledge at Microsoft Excel / Word - VBA is a plus;
Good communication skills and well organized;
Proactivity to learn and suggest new ideas;
English – Listing, writing and speaking
