    Position Purpose & Summary Cargill Business Services (CBS) is a global organization that envisages the accelerated use of shared services. Its purpose is to bring a smarter, more efficient approach to how we provide shared services to Cargill. That way business units and functions can focus on what they do best. Five functions are in scope - HR, IT, Finance, Transport & Logistics and Strategic Sourcing & Procurement. These services are delivered in centers around the world, including Bangalore (India), Sofia (Bulgaria), Nanjing (China), San Jose (Costa Rica), Uberlandia (Brazil) and Rosario (Argentina). This role primarily serves internal CBS clients and is responsible for producing and analyzing CBS service performance results for one or more CBS functions: Credit To Cash, Record To Report, Procure To Pay (includes Procure To Order and Invoice To Pay), CTL, HR, IT, Master Data Maintenance, Trade Execution, CBS Core, Service Request Management). The position works closely with global and center operations leads to identify and drive improvement action based on where performance is below-target. Principal Accountabilities 30% Deliver and manage performance analysis, commentary and service improvement plan (results consumption) Sustain a data-driven, high-performance culture and maintain strong alignment with GPO, GPM(s), GOL, center/tower operations leads, global/center performance analysts Perform global, top-down analysis; use data to highlight improvement opportunities to ops leads Facilitate and maintain service improvement plans Coordinate/deliver commentary and provide coaching as needed Understand the service delivery processes and corresponding metrics for the function very well Provide visualization design requirements and mockups 30% Manage CBS performance metrics, data, dashboards (results production) Manage metric index and definitions for the function Maintain data product inventory, data provider list Simplify, rationalize and govern data products Ensure data products are easy-to-find, easy-to-use, and trustworthy Provide stakeholder training/education on available dashboards Ensure data product solution sustainability (documentation, knowledge transfer, no single points-of-failure) Lead/fulfill requests for new or enhanced data products 15% Produce performance results Adhere to cycle calendar Source and structure data, adhere to data collection/extraction standards Visualize results on dashboards 10% Manage portfolio of performance management work/projects/operations Maintain priority list of active, backlog, complete work Ensure priority alignment with global ops lead Lead performance product team to receive and fulfill incoming new requests 10% Maintain strategic alignment with other data & analytics teams/people (ex: in functions) Understand data lake maturity and plans Ensure CBS is adequately trained on what’s in existing lakes Pursue opportunities for alignment, efficiency Ensure clear scope, roles, responsibilities 5% Support delivery of service performance content Create alignment between what global lead needs to share with stakeholders and available data products, commentary, and improvement plans Deliver content at required frequency Qualifications Education, Experience, Skills Bachelors degree in MIS, business intelligence or analytics, computer science, accounting/finance, related discipline 3 years experience in service operations, service performance management, and/or data & analytics Beginner/Intermediate PowerBI (or equivalent) development skills Experience in defining metrics, sourcing/managing data, designing data visualizations Experience in data analysis and story-telling Clear and succinct communicator, verbal and written Logical, organized, detail-oriented, analytical Able to influence change and challenge with global/center leaders Strong initiative, drive, motivation, curiosity Able to navigate ambiguity, trust but verify Growth mindset and passion for continuous learning Fluent in English, other languages a plus Preferred Qualifications Deep knowledge of the end-to-end business process and service delivery process for one or more of the functions listed above in the position summary Experience working in a shared services organization Experience extracting/managing data from systems like SAP, JDE, Remedy, RemedyForce, Taleo, MyHR Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook); advanced proficiency in Excel PARA SE CANDIDATAR A ESTA OPORTUNIDADE, É NECESSÁRIO CADASTRAR SEU CURRÍCULO NA ABA "PROFISSIONAL" > "CADASTRAR CURRÍCULO".
